SHIPPING POLICY
Processing & Production Time Production timelines vary depending on the product and decoration method:
- Northern Image Co. Collection items: approximately 5 business days production before shipping
- Custom branded apparel & gear: approximately 2 weeks production before shipping
Shipping time is in addition to production time. Overall, plan for roughly 2 weeks from order to shipment.
Rush Orders If you're working with a tight deadline, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate. Rush availability depends on the order size and current production schedule — the sooner you reach out, the better.
Shipping Once your order is complete, it ships via standard carriers (UPS, USPS, or FedEx). Expedited shipping may also be available upon request.
Shipping Estimates We ship from Michigan. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our facility. Estimates are not guarantees and may vary during peak seasons.
