Embroidery uses thread stitched directly into the garment and is a great choice for hats, polos, jackets, and professional workwear. DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a great option for detailed, colorful designs and larger graphics on T-shirts and other apparel. Not sure which one you need? Most orders ship within 2 weeks. Northern Image Co. Collection items typically have a 5-day production time before shipping; custom branded orders are generally 2 weeks to shipment. Need it sooner? Contact us right away and we'll do our best to make it work.

Returns & Refunds

All custom apparel and decorated orders are final sale. If your order arrives with a defect or an error on our end, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.
